Florida Blue Foundation has awarded Child’s Path a $45,000 grant. The funds will support critical initiatives for teachers, including trauma and resiliency resources, as well as Child’s Path Bright Paths Scholarships for eligible working families, classroom supplies and more to ensure the growth and development of the children in the nonprofit’s early learning programs.
“We are incredibly grateful for this grant from Florida Blue Foundation,” Child’s Path CEO Heather Singleton said. “The funds will have a meaningful and direct impact on our teachers, children, and centers to provide the support, tools and resources needed as we begin a new school year and beyond.”
Child’s Path is a nonprofit whose mission is to strengthen and enrich the lives of working families and underserved children in Collier County through high-quality early childhood education. As one of the largest providers of early education in Collier County, Child’s Path operates four centers, serving children from two weeks to age five. High-quality early education changes the entire trajectory of a child’s life and prepares them for academic and lifelong success. We believe every child deserves access to high-quality early learning and a bright start in life.
